This was a fun thread on another forum. So consider this my contribution to the off topic fun.

The rules are pretty simple, keep it photography related, PG13. Your going to post just quick short Twitter like messages that are photography related.

I'll get this going:


I would like to own a new D4, should I sell some gear to pay for it. Or try to sell the wife on why I need to take $6,000 from the bank when my camera works just fine. (Long story but my wife doesn't understand my obsession with photography)

Thinking this:

After comparing the 16MP of the D7000 and the 12MP of the D3s last night I see that that 4MP difference is almost nothing and having a FX sensor actually gives me more details somehow, so the D4 is really a waste of money for me since the D3s is already more than good enough... Waiting for the D800 to see how that one goes.
