PhotoPlus Starter Edition is a free, pared down version of Serif 's PhotoPlus software.

I haven't used this software but I do use Serif's WebPlus & MoviePlus programs and I've used their desktop publishing software in the past. It's quality stuff.

I was going to mention OnOne since I use their software, There are free presets for Bridge and Lightroom. Templates etc.

Way of sharing files over the net. Usually they're illegal files like music, software and movies (not always, but often).
