Have you ever wondered what a potato looks like over the course of its growing cycle? How about tobacco or an avacado? Well, your wait is over, thanks to Boxlapse.
As you can see below, Boxlapse filmed timelapses of all kinds of plants to demonstrate the beauty of their growth. From stone pine to peter pepper to cucumbers, you'll see just how much these plants change over time, without the wait, of course!
My personal favorite is the stone pine. It's the very first installment in the video and shows 300 days of growth from a pine cone to a fledging tree. Another favorite is lemon timelapse. The procedure of taking the seeds, cleaning them, storing them in a wet rag inside a plastic storage bag for two weeks, and then planting the seed to sprout was really interesting.
So, if you want to check out these tiny plants in action (and many more!), give the video above a quick watch!
