I have to disagree with his finding that it's "still just as fun" as the x-pro1.

Personally I really dislike Electronic Viewfinders and what I really, REALLY like about the X-pro1 is the way the OVF works. It's really the most fun part for me (when I tried one).

I've tried both the X-pro1 and the X-E1 and for me the X-Pro1 is worth the price premium for the OVF alone.

High resolution EVF make manual focus become very accurate and easy. Those who posses large aperture manual lens will benefit from the use of EVF. Latest high end OMD and Fuji omitted OVF.

I use an E1 every day.  It is the camera that I use for small product photography.  Small, light and effective.
