You can mess with panning for some effects.

The exposure is a bit dark and flat. I'd expand the dynamic range a bit.

When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
All that you are left with are the memories and the images-David Cooke.

How about panning the camera...keeping the train sharp, blurring the background?
